Humorous Apprentice
My very keen 1st year Apprentice had been with us in the kitchen for a couple of weeks. She was a classic, had a lot of natural talent, artistic, learnt quickly and although her attitude was that of a 17 yr old she had a good heart, and was dead keen. I an effort to make a good impression she made a mistake that none of us in the kitchen could ever let her forget.
I had made a 5kg batch of Gnocchi and her part of the process was to pack it into 120gm portions with a lable attached including the date and name of the dish. Obviously she had not heard of this Gnocchi before and so we got 40 odd containters labeled Gonkey....poor thing she never lived it down, and it was never called gnocchi again.

What to cook for dinner
So here you are again standing in front of the fridge with door open hoping for inspiration......nothing......still nothing....you consider pizza, no not that again!
I have the answer just put a comment on my blog and I will do all the thinking for you all you need to do is give me a little info....
What is the main ingredient. eg.Chicken, fish, pasta, eggplant
your preferred level of difficulty 1 being super easy(salad) and 10 being very invloved(dinner party more than one course.)
and any allergies that need to be considered
You can even choose a particular countries cuisine if you like eg. Thai, Indian, Aussie.
..........and then I will get back to you within 24hrs if not before with a dish.

approachable food for normal people to cook at home!!
I am proud to say that I have been a chef for over 12 years ...recently I have started teaching cookery and find it very satisfying.
Now I would like to translate all the knowledge I have to the modern home cook.
I have seen some amazing dishes, tasted some devine produce and have a lot of amazing memories and stories from my career in the kitchen . Although a lot of what I have seen in my career is not practical at home, a lot more is.... it's quick easy healthy food.
In order for me to do this well I will need a couple of painstaking years to document all of my knowledge and a little bit of cash to help fund my future web site dream.
